About Mikayla

I have always enjoyed baking for my family. It's becoming a real passion of mine.  This summer I decided to to start baking for friends and co-workers. I wanted to offer fresh cookies without preservatives in various unique combinations. This lead me to create a new Banana Chocolate Chip cookie recipe with crispy edges and super moist. It has quickly become the favorite cookie of my testing panel "our baseball co-ed team". Their feedback is invaluable to testing and perfecting new combinations and recipes.

Orders started pouring in and I had to invest in a new Convection Cookie oven to keep up and deliver consistent great tasting cookies.
